New DOS attacks threaten wireless data networks

We are starting to see the new threat to our internet usage as we use wireless everywhere nowadays. I know I use it at places like Starbucks and so on…just imagine what this could do!
Forget spam, viruses, worms, malware and phishing. These threats are apparently old school when compared to a new class of denial-of-service (DOS) attacks that threaten wireless data networks.

Open Source Vyatta raises $10 million led by Citrix

It is nice to see that Vyatta is getting some backing to keep pushing forward with their amazing product. I have been following this project for a while now watching how it evolves and even being tempted to try to push this on to some of the upper management here at my work as a replacement for some of our gear.
